Tap and Grill Co – Point Cook

It’s been quite a while since we had some news on new craft beer venues for Point Cook, so there was much excitement in the community when news broke that one of the new businesses at Featherbrook was named ‘Tap and Grill Co.”.

Doors to the business opened on 24 January 2019 and there was a good mix of cocktails, wines and craft beers from the likes of Holgate, Mornington, Gage Roads as well as a decent selection of imported and local beers.

The food is an eclectic mix of styles, from US/Mexican style bar snacks, Nachos, Wings, Fried Chicken through to Fishermans Platters and Greek style meats and dips.

During our visit we tried the Grilled Jungle Platter which was presented beautifully on a wooden board. The platter was served with dips, breads, salad, olives and two grilled skewers – to say it was nice would be an understatement and we duly complimented the chef when we left.

Tap and Grill Co.’s menu and tap lists are changing quite regularly, so there’s always something worthwhile going back for time and again. If you’d like to experience Tap and Grill Co, for yourself, you can find them at Shop 10, 48 Windorah Drive, Point Cook, Victoria 3030 (Opposite Featherbrook Woolworths). If you do pop in, tell them Beer Out West recommended them.
