The biggest ever showcase of South Australian, Australian and international beer and cider in the state with 80+ exhibitors under the one roof. Together with some of South Australia’s, Australia’s and International best chefs cooking up a BBQ storm.
With the biggest lineup yet including the largest and most diverse selection of brewers, cider makers, chefs and bands!
“We’re so excited to bring the festival back for its fifth year, with a line-up that’s full of festival favourites and some great new talent,” said Marc Huber, Brewer Director for the festival.
Almost half the brewers attending will be bringing something special: including brand new brews, beers from the archives, small batch releases and special collaborations. Six of these exclusives will be IPAs from the pan-pacific collaboration series between
Collective Arts of Ontario and local brewers from across Australia.
The collaboration series features Ballistic Brewing (QLD), Young Henry’s (NSW), Bentspoke Brewing (ACT), Moon Dog (Vic), Little Bang Brewing (SA) and Moo Brew (Tas).
“I’m personally really looking forward to trying the beers from the pan-pacific collab series, with that much brewing talent in one room the results are bound to be delicious,” said Huber.
There will also be some great collaborations between local heroes like the Four Seeds & Left Barrel Brewing who will be mixing brownies with imperial stout. Two Tribes will be bringing their beers to Oz for the first time ever. The London brewery will have 9 on offer including a Flamin’ Galah NEIPA, which they recently created with Big Shed Brewing Concern.
The beer line-up will boast 23 festival newbies, some of which have never brought their beers to Adelaide before, so it’s the perfect opportunity to discover a new favourite. Despite the international and interstate brands on show there will be no shortage of local talent with half the stalls taken up by South Australian brewers.
